• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older to use our services
• One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QPersona to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or create misleading personas
• Harass, spam, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using our services, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Usage overages are billed at the end of each period
• Refunds are provided as specified in our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

QPersona’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data will be handled according to our privacy policy.
